My background
Hello, I'm Sam Vincent, a lifelong devotee to the world of basketball with a rich history both as a player and a coach. My basketball journey took flight at Michigan State University, sharing the court with the legendary Magic Johnson. This spirited beginning paved the way for a rewarding NBA career, where I had the honor of being part of the Boston Celtics, clinching an NBA championship in 1986.
Transitioning to coaching was a natural progression, allowing me to helm roles in the NBA and lead national teams on the international stage, imparting the knowledge and strategies I accrued over years of playing at the highest levels. Today, I find myself nurturing young minds at Beacon College, where I focus on aiding kids with learning difficulties through the empowering lens of sports.
